For starters, laptops were made in one thing in mind, and that was, to incorporate and implement each and every part a personal computer has, and put it in a device that can be carried anywhere. This was to give an answer to the personal computer’s greatest weakness, and that is, its lack of portability. It also, just like the personal computer, was not intended for mass public use at first, considering that it was invented in order to help tacticians and the military during wars, so as they can use a portable computer that could do all the calculations for them. However, because of the convenience it presented, it slowly became a common household item, and throughout the years, various types of laptops have been produced and sold to millions, if not billions of customers worldwide.
It can be said that laptops are basically the compact and mini versions of personal computers. This means, it can do pretty much everything a personal computer can, plus more, considering that it has integrated parts, in which most personal computers do not have, such as an integrated webcam, an integrated Bluetooth and Infrared device, and so many more. However, because of this compact design, problems do occur with laptops. Most of the time, people encounter problems such as their laptop speakers not working properly, or even, not working at all. Other integrated parts may also not work properly after a few years of usage.
Basically, laptops have made our lives more convenient and easier, and in the years to come, it will be more advanced that it will probably be deemed as one of the best, if not, the best technological device out there. They were invented for one reason and for one sole purpose only, and that is, to provide satisfaction and convenience to people worldwide. Granted, laptops are no perfect devices, and it does have a few hang-ups and problems. But, as with other technological devices, that is understandable and that’s the main trait that makes us realize that we can never make a perfect thing, no matter how hard we try.

Singing karaoke can be a great way to spend a night out on the town. The best part about it is, you don’t have to sing yourself and if you do, you don’t need to have a great singing voice. 1. You never know how seriously someone will take their karaoke so it’s always best to err on the side of caution. Understand that the DJ will be wading through possibly hundreds of requests to use the machine. It’s not an easy job and you should be patient in waiting for your turn.
4. Keep your wits about you and use common sense when it comes to how you behave. Be polite and humble, and don’t make a fool of yourself by going up on stage and singing drunken karaoke. Despite what you see in movies, singing while drunk is not condoned in most bars and you won’t be welcomed back anytime soon.

Two Mobile Printers – Good And Great

Hewlett Packard has designed a series of mobile printers known as the 470 series. The models in this series are similar in features and price, but there are still differences. As expected, if the price is higher for a specific model, that model is going to have a few more features and possibly better performance stats. In this article, I’ll briefly review one of the models from this series – the HP H470b OfficeJet Mobile Printer.
The HP H470b OfficeJet Mobile Printer has a list price of $364. That said, you can find new units selling on Amazon for as low as $197. As with all 470 series mobile printers, there is a 50-sheet, fold-up input tray. This is great capacity for a mobile printer and the fold-up feature will allow for easy storage and travel. It can also hold up to five envelopes.
In addition to the input tray, there are some other neat features for the H470b. A Wi-Fi profile switch can store up to three different 802.11 environments, there are options for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi adapters, and it’s PictBridge-compatible, allowing you to print directly from most digital cameras and some mobile phones.
The minimum print size for the H470b is 3 x 4 inches and the maximum print size is 8.5 x 14 inches. It’s capable of printing up to 500 pages per month, which is on the high end for mobile printers. 4 x 6 borderless prints are possible, low ink alerts will help you save time and money, a lithium-ion battery will guarantee a longer life than the average mobile printer, and HP SureSupply will allow you to buy any needed supplies with ease.
The HP H470b is 6.45 x 13.4 x 3.25 inches. It supports a USB interface and is PC and Mac-compatible.
While all of these features are impressive, customer reviews and ratings are mixed. There are more good ratings than bad, but the customer reaction for the H470 were much stronger. That model is also cheaper. In conclusion, while this model is a good option, scratch the ‘b’ and you will be even more impressed.
