Rare Gogos Crazy Bones And How To Get Hold Of Them
Posted by GuestPoster in Entertainment on February 8th, 2010
Gogos Crazy Bones is based on an Ancient Greek game, called Tabas. In order to play any one of the various games, each player must have a number of small, plastic, cartoon figurines called Crazy Bones. Although any figurine can be used in any of the games, which range from activities much like the old game, Jacks, to bowling, certain figurines are better for some games than others, and choosing the right kind of Crazy Bones can be integral in the outcome.
Four series of Crazy Bones were made, and, generally, each has 80 different figurines, each of which comes in one of four different colors. On top of that, there are generally 5 rare crazy bones, called, ‘Most-Wanteds’, which look cooler than the ‘Normals’. These are usually higher in their attributes than the ‘Normals’ also. For reasons of competition and collectibility, the Most-Wanteds are highly desirable.
… Perhaps too desirable. It can be extremely difficult to track down the Most-Wanteds, especially at an affordable price, even by scouring eBay and other Crazy Bones sites. At least, it can be a harrowing task for a parent who does not want to alert his/her child to their purchase beforehand.
So how do you get ahold of Gogos Crazy Bones? The best way I have found is to simply buy the upgrade packs. The Most-Wanteds appear in them and they do not cost a lot of money. They are also a kind of double-gift because each pack may contain one of the Most-Wanteds, so your child will experience the thrill of opening your present, and then the box inside of it.
There are four series, and they are distinguishable by material or color. Series 1 is the normal color set; Series 2, Gogos Crazy Bones Evolution, has some translucent Crazy Bones; Series 3, Explorer, has a metallic color added to the mix; The Advance series comes in the Tin Boxes; and Series 4, Power, has half normal, half metallic bones. Happy Hunting!
Buying Quality Cheap Speakers
Posted by GuestPoster in Entertainment on February 2nd, 2010
Buying speakers doesn’t have to be expensive. There are many alternatives to buying over priced high end speakers. Several companies manufacture quality cheap speakers that won’t cost you a fortune.
Logitech has many different styles of speakers that are designed for everyday use. Creative Inspire also offers speakers that will fit in to your budget. Just because you don’t want to spend a lot of money, doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice a nice sounding setup.
Several discount stores have deals on surround sound systems and shelf top stereos. It is actually fairly easy to find nice cheap speakers. It is a good idea to check the local newspaper for ads selling speakers, there are almost always special offers to take advantage of. It is not unheard of to find anywhere from twenty to thirty percent off normal prices in stores either. Often times floor models or discontinued items can be sold at discounted rates. Anywhere from the local mall to electronic stores are constantly changing stock, making bargain hunting simple.
Purchasing cheap wireless speakers online can also prove to be very cost effective. Online bargaining or bidding sites typically have anything from low grade to high end expensive speakers for extremely low prices. There are many ways to find and purchase cheap speakers. It is always good to have a little bit of patience while shopping too. Trying several different places before making a purchase can be beneficial.
If you just buy the first thing you find you could be missing out on a really good deal somewhere else. It is always best to compile a list of certain credentials you are looking for in speakers. If you stick to your list, you will be less likely to spend more than you wanted. Spending a little time and doing some research will greatly help in the search for speakers.
Harry Potter’s Lego Castle
Posted by whaleadmin in Entertainment on November 10th, 2009
With nearly 700 pieces, Hogwarts Castle from the Harry Potter Lego sets range is one of the largest sets. It will certainly keep you busy for a fair few hours building all the rooms, halls, towers and the like. When you have finished though you will have a stunning replica of the great Harry Potter castle. The rooms included in the instructions are the dining hall, Owlery, library and the hall outside the Gryffindor quarters, but any number of other rooms or scenes could be made instead. Once built the castle has an abundance of fun features including hidden staircases and creepy trap doors. It is also amazingly tall with arches, multiple towers and grated windows. If you want to build a scene that will really bring Harry Potter to life, this is the set for you. It is quite hard to find though so check on Ebay for a price that is not too excessive.
Some Really Fun Bowling Games

Well, one of those stodgy old games that just won’t seem to go away, is the game of bowling. What’s amazing about it, and what makes bowling such a fun game, is that it appeals to just about everyone. You’ve got your stereotypical Friday night league bowler with the tacky shirt and equally tacky matching bowling ball. And then, even the younger generation seems to get into bowling. One of the most popular birthday parties for my kids growing up, had to be bowling birthday parties. Now the bowling alley they go to, has definitely kept up with the times, and has all the latest gadgets to make bowling more fun. From digital scoring keepers, to big screen TV’s, to a climbing gym, and glow in the dark mini putt as part of their establishment. I even kind of enjoy it.
What is a Clairvoyant?
Posted by whaleadmin in Entertainment on September 4th, 2009
A clairvoyant by definition is one who “sees clearly”. Clairvoyance means “clear sight” or “clear seeing”. In the psychic community a psychic clairvoyant is someone who receives messages without the need for tools or for the need to see or touch a person or an object. Normally this psychic will see mental images and use these images to interpret the meaning for the past, present or future. The mental images are often referred to as telepathy or ESP. Extra Sensory Perception has not been successfully documented, but that does not stop people from believing, much like religion. A psychic reading with a clairvoyant can be thrilling and disturbing all at the same time, but you need to understand that the future is not set in stone and can be changed by the decisions you make today.

Axion, Haier, Viore, CTA, and Eviant 7 Inch TVs

Before you buy a 7 inch TV, I suggest you read the reviews I have written. They detail the finest offerings from Axion, Haier, Viore, CTA, and Eviant. All five of these companies have come out with a high quality 7 inch portable TV over the past couple years. Consumers continue to purchase and appreciate these gadgets; just read their reviews and you’ll see what I mean. If there is any one common complaint it is that certain users in certain parts of the world and U.S. cannot get good reception. I think it is very important that these tech companies take a good long look at how they can improve this situation, or else they will be destined to lose out to smart phones as the wave of the future of mobile TV watching.
Becoming a DJ – Starting From Scratch
Posted by whaleadmin in Entertainment on July 17th, 2009
There are many reasons why someone would want to become a DJ. Some people like the thought of being in control of a large crowd of people, some think it’s a great way to socialise, and others do it purely for the love of the music. Regardless of what your motivation is for wanting to become a DJ, there are two different ways to approach it.
The first, and cheapest option is to teach yourself. You are still going to need to fork out some money on equipment, but there are plenty of websites available where you can learn how to become a DJ. The only downside to this method is that you need to be self motivated and practice regularly. If you need a little more structure imposed upon you to succeed, then you should pick up the phone book and see if you can find someone who provides DJ lessons. If you can’t find any, try your local music shop, quite often people will post their availability for lessons on the notice boards.
