Go kart racing is regulated by the same body which oversees Formula One racing. A lot of people don’t even realize there is professional go kart racing, but there sure is. In no way is it just a kid’s sport. If you want to make a career out of it, it is certainly possible though obviously very competitive. That is because there isn’t a ton of money so only a small amount of drivers can really be supported through racing go karts. Nevertheless, I just thought I would mention that for any aspiring motor sports racers out there. But in a realistic sense it is totally available for having fun on the weekends. They can be very fairly cheap as a matter of fact. That is all well and good but when you put the pedal to the metal you better be ready to race with your heart’s content.
