There are several reasons why you would wish to purchase gravity boots instead of an inversion table or chair. The main reason, however, is the fact that you can do so much more in terms of actual exercises with inversion gravity boots than you can with an inversion table or chair.

While inverting on an inversion table you can hang freely to a point, but you are still limited in the movements that you can do. With an inversion chair this is even much truer. However, with the best gravity boots, you will be able to move freely whichever way you want. This allows you to work on your abdominal muscles a little more and other areas of your body with exercises like inverted sit ups and crunches or inverted squats, all of which are very beneficial to your health if you can do them.

However, you do need to be careful to take extra precautions when performing these exercises, as they are not easy, and as it can be difficult to get out of the inversion boots when you are done if you are too tired from doing the inverted sit ups and squats.
