How to Stop Eczema

Coconut oil also helps strengthen the connective tissues of your skin which in effect, prevents wrinkling and sagging of the skin.

3.) In order to keep your skin cells moist, you should consume a healthy dose of omega 3 fatty acids. Tuna fish or tuna flakes are a good source of this essential fat. Omega 3 fatty acid can normalize your skin lipids and reduce the appearance of aging and fine lines.

4.) Try not to spend long hours under the sun. Extreme heat can cause your skin to get overly dry which can then lead to eczema flare ups. If cannot be avoided, lather your skin with a mild sunscreen or wear long sleeve shirts.
