Getting Better Sleep


Sleeping is the best way to give yourself energy. The problem comes when you are not able to get a deep enough sleep. This happens when your core body temperature doesn’t rise high enough during the day. This can cause you to have restless nights. When it comes to sleeping, it’s not about how long you sleep, it’s about how deep you sleep. So how do you get a better night’s sleep? You do this by exposing yourself to sunlight during the day. This will help increase your core temperature. Because of things like skin cancer however, you can’t spend too much time outside unless if you have proper shading like if you had a gazebo canopy for example.  When you raise your body temperature, it will naturally decrease by night time. This will allow you to have a deeper, more restful sleep.
