Business Opportunities For A New Reality
Posted by whaleadmin in Business & Internet Marketing on May 25th, 2009
“Times they are a changing.” Boy is that statement from an old folk song true today. It seems like our whole world has been turned up side down and there doesn’t appear to be an silver lining to the clouds.
When I was younger the current wisdom was to get a job with a big company. Work your way up the ladder and then retire to a life of leisure. Most of the baby boomers bought into this way of thinking and now they are asking what happened. First pensions were removed so we were forced to save for our own retirement by putting money in 401k’s. (read stock market). Then right when things looked good, the corrupt wall street banks and insider trading wiped our accounts out. Oh those guys got super rich, that is what the last administration was all about, but the people who really worked to build the economy were left high and dry.
Now we are forced to start again with a new business opps idea and see where it takes us. I jsut turned 50 and I know the only way I will retire is to build my own money making enterprise.
Residual Income Opportunity – How to Evaluate One

With some many different options, how do you evaluate the right residual income opportunity? Not only that, how do you know if the opportunity is legit? As we all know, anything involving the making of money, there will be plenty of scams. Before you buy into any opportunities, you want to do some research. It amazes me how many people will just jump into something without a second thought. After investing money and failing a few times, they become total skeptics. This is too bad because they will pass up on truly great residual income opportunities.
In general, if it sounds too good to be true, you want to be careful but you also don’t want to miss up on a great opportunity. You want to see how the person who is trying to sell you the idea is making money. If they are making of if through selling their opportunity, you’ll want to pass. If you make most of the money by doing the things they are teaching you to do, then it deserves a second look.
