Most people that overweight are looking for exercises to lose fat and they want to know the easiest and fastest way to go about it.  The truth is that a well planned exercise program will result in fat loss if you stick with it for long enough.  You simply need to give you body time to adjust and lose weight.  The biggest loser has people losing up to 20 pounds in a single week!  That is amazing weight loss and is possible for someone that is very obese.  If you only have 20 pounds to lose you are not going to be able to do it in one week.  But big numbers are possible if you stick to a strict food consumption plan and workout routine.  Don’t get discouraged, you can do it with a little determination.
