Weight Benches Are Great For Toning Exercises


I think when many people think of weight benches they think of grunting bodybuilders bench pressing large amounts with their veins popping out. While this is the case sometimes, weight benches are actually very versatile and they are a great tool for anyone from the very beginner to the expert athlete.

Weight benches can provide more versatility allowing you to do a wider variety of exercises, for example if you are using dumbbells a weight bench will make it possible to preform exercises you aren’t able to do on the floor. By laying face down you can lift and lower your arms and target some back and shoulder muscles. You can also use weight benches to do exercises with resistance bands. You may be surprised by the wide variety of toning exercises you can do on a weight bench.
