Whole Food Vitamins vs Regular Vitamins

When it comes to the debate of whole food vitamins vs regular vitamins, it’s often difficult to know which one to choose. For me the choice is obvious. I would much rather take a vitamin made with the goodness of Mother Nature rather than one that is made with cheap synthetic ingredients made in a chemical plant that I can’t even pronounce.

And of course my latest concern has been children’s supplements. Have you noticed that almost every single brand that there is on the market for kids is chocked full of sugar!

We’re supposed to be giving our kids something that will make them healthy. How is sugar healthy? Sugar is the one ingredient that is in almost everything we consumed that’s processed. So I wonder how is it even legal to be in a vitamin that suppose to be good for our health?

Unfortunately it isn’t easy to find a vitamin that’s wholesome for kids unless you have a health food store nearby and even then, they may still be hiding unhealthy ingredients in their children’s supplements.

That’s why I believe that when it comes to whole food vitamins vs regular vitamins, there is no contest. Mother Nature knows best and I wouldn’t leave my children in the hands of anyone else.
